According to the Story the Ancient Dwarven Armory was another fortress against the Goblinoid Invasions, now inhabited by all manner of goblinoids the armory is nothing more than another place for Orcs, Ogres, and other denziens to dwell. Ironically the wars are over but the fighting still continues here as various clans fight for supremacy of the armory.
