Action Points also known as AP are the fuel which drives the game. The very thing that allows you to move about from location to location. Explore, fight, trigger Traps, and other things. Normal Characters gain 50 AP per day and have a max capacity of 500. Hardcore Characters gain 100 AP per day with a similar capacity. Limited 500 and 2000 characters are set to proceed no further than the amount given in their names.

Immortal Characters

Immortal Characters have the added bonus of AP being given as a bonus via certain Immortal Powers. Their AP capacity and daily amount can be increases through certain Immortal Skills.

The powers are:

  • Proven Fate: grants a bonus from 1 to 10 AP depending on RNG trigger.
  • Legendary Avenger: can grant AP for defeating a boss.
  • Precognition: can grant AP as a possible bonus for triggering a trap.
  • Time Twister: Gambling for AP.

The Skills are:

  • Immortal Endurance: +2 AP a day per rank. (10 ranks)
  • Immortal Reserves: +25 max AP cap per rank. (10 ranks)

Advantages

Consumable Advantages add to your AP if you have the Credits to purchase them. From Pure Skyclaw Mountain Water to Refined Temporal Dust you will receive +25 to +300 AP. AP gained from consumable advantages will add beyond the maximum capacity of characters without the aforementioned abilities. Even characters with the aforementioned abilities will gain beyond their capacity as well. This means that the amount of AP gained from consumable advantages is theoretically infinite.

Negative Action Points

APLOSSTRAP

Negative Action Points also known as a Hangover is a strange and fantastically annoying phenomenon that can occur when you either pass out from drinking to much or step on one of the many time wasting Traps found randomly wherever you may adventure. This only happens when you have 0 AP. Normal Characters are particularly disadvantaged by this where Immortal Characters can mitigate this loss a bit with skills and abilities. Despite this threat the occurrence is rare and is not that serious.
